Chateau Fontenelles is located in the center of the region of Perigord, on a magnificent plateau in the south west of Thenac. Wine has been cultivated here since 1827.
The secret of the finesse and fruit of this gorgeous dry wine lies in the preparation process, namely the ‘elevation sur lie’, which is the result of the dying of yeast cells. The assembly consists of Sauvignon Blanc, supplemented with Semillon grapes.
Green yellow, pearl gloss. Impressions of white peach, apple and pear. Very fresh and spicy in the mouth and with tones of citrus and lime.
Beautiful as an aperitif, but also delicious in combination with fish dishes such as scallops.
Wine orders must be of a minimum of 12 bottles.
